Terms

1. Who you are dealing with

Fitoutly is made and licensed by Peter Laszlo E.V. (sole proprietor), registered in Hungary; registration number 51778431, EU VAT number HU68459844 ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@fitoutly.com.

Purchases are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record — the reseller of the licence. Your purchase contract is with Paddle, and Paddle's own terms apply to the transaction and to the invoice you receive. The terms on this page govern your use of the software.

2. What the licence gives you

Fitoutly is licensed, not sold. A paid licence grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the application for your own work, including commercial work carried out by you or the organisation that bought it.

A free version is available with reduced limits. You may evaluate it for as long as you like.

3. What you may not do

4. Your projects and your data

Your projects, your product data and the documents you export are yours. We claim no rights over them. Projects are files on your own device; we do not store them.

This also means backups are your responsibility. Losing a project file is not something we can undo.

5. Product data read from third-party websites

Fitoutly can read a product page you point it at and extract a name, brand, dimensions, article number and image. Understand what that is and is not:

Always verify specifications against the manufacturer's documentation before ordering or building. A specification produced with Fitoutly is your professional document, issued under your responsibility — not ours.

6. Availability

The application runs on your own device and keeps working without an internet connection. Two features need one: reading a product page, and validating your licence.

Your licence is re-checked periodically while online. If you are offline, it keeps working on the last successful check for a grace period.

7. Liability

We provide the software with reasonable skill and care, but to the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost time, procurement of wrong goods, or costs arising from a specification that turned out to be incorrect.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for a consumer's statutory rights.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will say so on this page and, where we can reach you, by email. Continuing to use the software after a change means you accept it.

9. Ending the licence

You can stop using Fitoutly at any time, and cancel a subscription from your Paddle receipt. We may end a licence only for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, and only after telling you what the problem is and giving you a fair chance to put it right.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Hungary. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.

11. Trademarks

Fitoutly is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of the companies named below, and their names are used here only to refer to their own products and services.

Apple, Mac, macOS, iPad, iPhone and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions. Microsoft, Windows and Microsoft Store are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. Google, Android and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC.
